Sovereign Cotswold Oak Basket Weave combines warm natural oak with soft honey colouring and expressive rustic detail. Visible knots, dark splits and varied grain give the design an authentic timber character, creating a parquet floor that feels established rather than overly polished.

Unlike a standard plank or tile floor, this basket weave design is constructed on site using two coordinating components. Square sections form the centre of the pattern, while narrower planks are laid around them to create the interwoven parquet effect shown.

The changing grain direction draws attention to the natural variation within the décor and gives the geometric pattern additional depth. Cotswold Oak is particularly suited to country kitchens, traditional hallways and relaxed living spaces, pairing naturally with painted cabinetry, stone finishes, exposed timber and warm neutral furnishings.

An embossed wood-grain surface reinforces its realistic texture, while the 0.55mm wear layer and urethane ceramic bead and Excimer coating help protect against scratches, scuffs and stains.
