Description
Mapei Eco Prim T Plus is a versatile, universal acrylic primer designed for interior surface preparation prior to applying levelling compounds, smoothing compounds and certain adhesives. Its solvent-free, low-odour formula makes it suitable for use in occupied spaces while minimising volatile emissions (EMICODE EC1 Plus).
This primer promotes excellent adhesion on a wide range of substrates — including concrete, cementitious screeds, gypsum, anhydrite, wood, marine plywood, chipboard, terrazzo, ceramic and natural stone — making it ideal for preparing floors before glue-down LVT and other resilient floorcoverings.
Eco Prim T Plus can be applied undiluted on low-absorbent surfaces and diluted on highly absorbent substrates, and is easily applied with a brush or roller. Once dry, it creates a stable base that improves bonding strength and regulates surface absorption, helping ensure consistent performance of the levelling or adhesive product that follows.
