Description

Mapei Planipatch Xtra is a professional-grade, fine-grained, ultra-fast drying smoothing and patching compound designed for localised repairs and surface finishing prior to floorcovering installation. Its thixotropic formula easily fills voids, holes, cracks or rough textures and can be applied down to a true feather-edge or up to thicker depths where needed.

This versatile compound is suitable for interior floors, walls, stairs, steps and corners — plus it performs well in residential, commercial and industrial environments. Once applied, the surface becomes ready for levelling or floorcovering installations in as little as 45–60 minutes, helping keep projects on schedule.

Planipatch Xtra can be used on concrete, cement-based screeds, heated floors, tiles, stone surfaces, rendered walls and many other typical subfloors. When mixed with Mapei Latex Plus it can also be extended for deeper repairs or used to improve adhesion on impervious substrates.
