FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For sample orders, we aim to dispatch them within 24 hours and deliver within 48 hours. However, Royal Mail can sometimes experience slight delays, especially during busy periods. Please check your emails or account for tracking details from Royal Mail, or fill in our contact form for a quick response. For details on flooring delivery, please visit our dedicated delivery page.
We generally do not deliver on public holidays. As for weekend deliveries, these are not included in our standard 48-hour or next-day delivery options. If you require a weekend delivery, please contact us to check availability; note that additional charges may apply.
You can add items to your order before it has been dispatched. Depending on the timing, this could delay your delivery to the following day. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.
If you haven't received an email confirming your order and can't access your Floor Warehouse account, don't worry! Please contact us with the information you used to place the order, and we'll locate it and ensure the confirmation is sent to the correct email address.
If you notice that the external packaging of your order is damaged upon arrival, please check the contents immediately. It’s important to note any damages on the carrier’s delivery note. If you suspect the goods inside are also damaged, make sure to sign for them as ‘Damaged’. Please report any issues to us via the Contact Us form within 48 hours of delivery.
