Description

Mapei Planiprep Fix is a professional, ultra-fast drying, fine-grained cementitious skimcoat and feather finish compound designed for rapid repair and smoothing of interior substrates before floorcovering installation. Its thixotropic texture makes it easy to apply and ideal for creating a closed, smooth surface — from feather edge up to 4 mm thick — ready for resilient, textile and glue-down LVT floor coverings.

This product is suitable for use on floors, steps and other interior surfaces where minor imperfections, roughness, trowel marks or small voids need correcting. With very rapid drying and hardening characteristics, coverings can often be installed in as little as 30 minutes, helping keep projects on schedule. Planiprep Fix is suitable for commercial, domestic and industrial projects and can be applied to concrete, cementitious screeds, primer-free plywood, underfloor heating systems and more.
