Description
Mapei Ultraplan Renovation 3240 is a professional-grade, fibre-reinforced self-levelling screed designed to prepare internal floors for new coverings. It smooths and levels uneven substrates — from minor dips to differences up to 40 mm in a single pour — providing an excellent base for flooring installations including glue-down LVT, vinyl, tiles, carpet and wood.
This versatile compound can be applied by hand or by pump and is suitable for both commercial and domestic projects. Its formulation delivers robust mechanical strength, making it appropriate where resistance to loads and castor wheel traffic is required. It will accept coverings over substrates such as concrete, screeds, stone, terrazzo, old ceramic tiles and timber panels in dry conditions.
Ultraplan Renovation 3240 is compatible with underfloor heating systems — including water and electric cable installations — helping ensure smooth, level and durable floors that transfer heat efficiently.
