Description

Mapei Eco Prim Grip Plus 5 kg is a versatile, ready-to-use primer designed to improve adhesion on challenging substrates before applying levelling, smoothing or adhesive products. Its solvent-free, low-odour formulation has very low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, making it suitable for both interior and exterior floors and walls.

This primer is particularly effective on smooth, low-absorbent surfaces such as ceramic, terrazzo and natural stone, helping ensure that subsequent levelling compounds, adhesives or renders develop a strong bond. It may also be used to improve the bond of cement and lime-based plasters on substrates including concrete, brickwork and lightweight blocks.

Eco Prim Grip Plus is easy to apply with a brush or roller and dries quickly, helping keep projects on schedule. Its robust adhesion and wide substrate compatibility make it a reliable choice for preparing subfloors ahead of glue-down LVT installations and other flooring finishes.
