NordicCore Fairbourne Oak Plank, 12mm – Laminate Click Flooring

NordicCore Fairbourne Oak features soft natural oak tones with subtle brown undertones, creating a balanced flooring design that feels warm yet contemporary. The light natural colour palette allows the grain pattern to remain visible while maintaining a calm, neutral appearance suited to a wide range of interior styles.

The embossed wood grain finish follows the pattern of the design layer, adding surface texture that enhances the realistic timber effect. A 4V bevel edge defines each plank once installed, helping to replicate the visual look of traditional wood flooring.

Built with a robust 12mm laminate core and an AC4 abrasion resistance rating, this flooring offers enhanced stability and a solid feel underfoot. It is designed for everyday residential use and busier areas such as living rooms, kitchens and hallways. The durable wear layer helps resist scratches, scuffs and general wear while remaining easy to clean and maintain.

The click locking system allows the planks to securely connect for floating installation without adhesives, helping to simplify the fitting process. NordicCore Fairbourne Oak also includes a 24 hour water resistant surface, providing added protection against occasional spills. The flooring is suitable for installation over underfloor heating systems when paired with a compatible underlay.
