Description
EIR Sepia Sienna Herringbone glue-down LVT combines a warm, natural brown tone with an embossed wood grain surface to replicate the look of traditional parquet flooring while delivering the practical benefits of vinyl. The realistic texture and colour balance make it a strong example of natural glue down LVT flooring suited to interiors where a timber effect is required without the maintenance demands of real wood.
Each plank measures 100mm in width and 400mm in length, allowing for a precise and well-defined herringbone layout. The 2.5mm construction includes a robust 0.7mm wear layer, reinforced with aluminium oxide surface protection to improve scratch resistance and long-term durability in high-traffic areas.
As a stick-down LVT, the planks bond securely to the subfloor, providing excellent dimensional stability and a firm feel underfoot. Four-sided bevelled edges enhance the parquet pattern without disrupting its flow. Fully waterproof and compatible with underfloor heating, this floor is suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and light commercial environments, offering a reliable balance of realism, performance, and ease of maintenance.

Good quality floor but installation was more challenging than expected. The glue-down LVT looks lovely now it’s done but definitely needed professional help. Hence the 3 stars.
