Our American Black Walnut Plank in 190mm width offers a naturally rich and distinctive alternative to traditional oak flooring. Walnut is known for its deeper chocolate and coffee-toned hues, often featuring flowing grain patterns and natural colour variation within each board.
Unlike stained alternatives, the colour is inherent to the species itself. You’ll see lighter caramel streaks alongside darker heartwood tones, creating depth and visual movement once installed.
Manufactured in a 14mm engineered construction with a 3mm solid walnut wear layer, this floor delivers stability while retaining the authenticity of real timber. The engineered core makes it suitable for use over underfloor heating, helping it perform reliably in modern UK homes.
The smooth lacquered finish enhances durability and simplifies maintenance, providing a sealed surface that protects against everyday wear while maintaining a refined sheen level. It offers a practical balance between natural appearance and surface resilience.
