Engineered and solid wood provide the natural character of genuine timber. Laminate offers a practical wood or stone effect, while SPC click and glue-down LVT provide durable, water-resistant options in a wide range of designs. If you are unsure, our team can help you compare suitable products.
Most of our flooring types can be used across living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, kitchens and hallways. Engineered and solid wood provide the character of genuine timber, while laminate, SPC click LVT and glue-down LVT offer practical alternatives in a wide choice of designs.
For bathrooms, SPC click LVT and glue-down LVT are suitable choices, as all our LVT ranges are waterproof.
Yes. Samples can be ordered directly from the relevant product page using the sample button. They allow you to assess the colour, texture and finish in your own room before placing a full order.
We recommend viewing samples under both natural and artificial light, as appearance can change throughout the day.
You can order up to three standard flooring samples free of charge. If you would like to compare more products, additional standard samples are available for £1 each, up to the overall sample limit shown in your basket.
For a straightforward plank installation, an allowance of approximately 10% is commonly recommended for cutting and fitting waste.
Complex room shapes, diagonal layouts and rooms with several alcoves or obstacles may require a larger allowance. It is better to have a small quantity left over than to run short during installation.
Herringbone, chevron, basket weave and other patterned layouts usually require more cutting than a standard plank installation. An allowance of approximately 10–15% is commonly recommended, depending on the room shape and layout.
Your installer should confirm the required quantity before you order, particularly for complex rooms, borders or bespoke patterns.
Enter your total required area in square metres, including wastage. The calculator rounds the quantity up to the next complete pack, ensuring the total pack coverage meets or exceeds the required amount.
Flooring is sold in complete packs, so the quantity supplied may cover slightly more than the area entered. Pack coverage varies between products and is shown on each product page. Please check your room measurements and wastage allowance before ordering.
Yes. You can place and pay for your order in full to secure the available stock and arrange delivery for a suitable future date.
Our standard storage allowance is up to 12 weeks. Contact us if you require a later delivery date or an extended storage period.
Yes. We supply installers, contractors, property developers and other trade customers, alongside homeowners throughout the UK.
For large commercial, multi-unit or development projects, contact our team with the product requirements, total quantity and required timescales. We can help confirm product suitability, coordinate availability and prepare a project quotation.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the product, quantity, delivery details or delivery date. We will make the amendment where possible, provided the order has not already entered warehouse preparation or dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible and the relevant delivery or returns terms may apply.
